

Mariah Bakes is a small-batch bakery crafting naturally fermented sourdough breads, bagels, and protein-packed baked goods that taste amazing and fuel your day.
Everything is baked in small batches with simple, high-quality ingredients and zero shortcuts, so every bite feels just as good as it tastes.

All of my sourdough products contain 3-4 ingredients, NO artificial yeast or preservatives, and are fermented for 12+ hours at ambient temperature allowing for easy digestion* and deep flavor development.

Most contain yeast, allowing for only a fraction of fermentation to take place resulting in high glucose spikes, harsh digestion and relying on "natural flavors" for sour taste.
Pickups happen weekly on Fridays unless otherwise stated on my social media
1. Place an order online by 6pm Wednesday
2. Send deposit (50% of order total) via Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment information is on order form.3. Pickup in Newington or Berlin that same Friday
